St Luke’s is committed to protecting members’ privacy. Data that is collected from St Luke's Lottery members is used lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is used solely by St Luke’s to communicate with supporters.

St Luke’s collects personal information when you register with us, make a donation or place an order for products.

St Luke’s may hold and process your personal information for the purposes of administration, financial subscription payments and records, electronic financial receipts and charitable donations records, information mailing, goods and services provided, lottery membership records, donation trend and profile analysis.

We never share your personal information with any third party except for official partner organisations providing services on our behalf.

Due to the nature of the internet, it is possible that your personal data may be transferred to, or transmitted via, countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) where the law may not protect your details to the same extent as within the EEA. In 2023, the likelihood of winning a prize was, on average, 1 in 123 in our regular St Luke's Weekly Lotteries & 1 in 6,905 in our seasonal Draws. Players in our weekly lotteries are automatically entered into a weekly Rollover draw in which they could win up to £15,000. The Rollover prize increases by £375 each week it isn't won; in 2023 the likelihood of winning the Rollover prize was, on average, 1 in 686,782.
